Do you have an on-call system?

Yes, Professional Nursing Services’ on call personnel is available from 4:30 pm to 8:30 am. Personnel can be reached 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays. 
 

Do you staff all nursing qualifications?

Because so many of our clients require hands-on care, we only staff certified skilled nurses (RNs and LPNs). Our nurses are routinely evaluated by our nursing supervisors. We make sure that our nurses are up to date on all regulations and training skills.

Do you staff shifts or visits?

The care of our clients is our main priority. Due to that, we staff shifts to provide round the clock, quality care.

How often are nurses scheduled?

Our schedulers plan nurse assignments on a monthly basis.
 

How many nurses will be scheduled with my child?

The number of nurses that will care for your child is completely up to your discretion. Our schedulers will work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied and comfortable with the arrangement.

What are your credentials?

Professional Nursing Services is a residential service agency licensed by the state of Maryland as a health care staff agency. All of our nurses renew their nursing license every two years.
